Mr. Dillard is an experienced Broker with an extensive history of working in the real estate industry. He is skilled in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Multi Family Homes, Sales, Management, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Partnerships. He has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) focused in Journalism from University of Houston. Prior to real estate, Mr. Dillard worked in various roles in the Television and Radio industry for NBC, ESPN, and Clear Channel among others.

     Mr. Dillard grew up in Houston, TX in the Spring Branch/Memorial area, and knows the Greater Houston area from The Woodlands to Katy, from Clear Lake to Sugar Land, from Memorial to Inner Loop/Galleria areas especially. He lived in the Heights and other areas inside the loop for several years.

     After spending 25 years in Houston (with a 4 year pit stop in Baton Rouge to attend LSU), he relocated to the DFW metroplex where he lived for 15 years, including Uptown Dallas, Plano at the Shops at Legacy, Las Colinas, and the Park Cities area. During this time, Mr. Dillard also opened offices in Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Austin. He has unparralelled knowledge of all 4 major markets in Texas. He has more than 20,000 clients paying over $325M combined in rent annually, and has completed transactions totaling over 3 billion dollars for his career to date.

     Mr. Dillard now resides outside of Austin with his wife and daughter, and is still highly involved in the DFW, Houston, and San Antonio markets as well, frequently criss crossing the state to assist his long time clientele and friends. He actively supports World Vision which assists the most severely, improverished families across the world, attends Austin Ridge church, and is active in the M Powered Brotherhood, which has a global aim to reduce the suicide and prison rate of young men.
